Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Zonal Sales Manager - Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, expanding our dealership network, and achieving the company's sales objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market share.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the sales team, setting performance goals, and monitoring their achievement.
- Manage the brand image, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Identify and develop new dealership opportunities to expand the company's distribution network.
- Foster relationships with potential dealers and distributors, negotiating terms and agreements.
- Provide training and support to dealership partners to ensure alignment with the company's standards and goals.
- Monitor dealership performance, addressing issues and optimizing operations to maximize sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with reviewing and analyzing Power BI dashboards is preferred.
